How to Make Pizza Cupcakes πŸ•

Hey guys, it’s Morgan! Welcome back to a new post, and for this week, I decided I would show you guys how to make pizza cupcakes! I know what you’re thinking, “Pizza cupcakes? Those sound disgusting!” Trust me on this one, it’s not actually what it sounds like. Basically, it’s pizza, but shaped into a cupcake form! So, without further ado, let’s get started πŸ™‚

Ingredients ❀

– 1 package of pizza dough (or you can make it homemade!)

– Tomato Sauce

– Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

My Suggested toppings (you can essentially put on whatever you would like!)

– Goat Cheese

– Basil 🌿

– Oregano

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 450Β° F

2. Sprinkle down flour on your surface and place your pizza dough on top.

3. Using a rolling pin, roll out your pizza dough until it’s about 1/2 an inch thick

4. Take a knife and cut the pizza dough into approx. 3 inch strips

5. Use a spoon and spread tomato sauce onto your dough, then sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese

6. Add the rest of your toppings (optional)

7. Using your hands, roll the strip up (you may need to cut them in half if they are really long after rolling)

8. Place them into a greased muffin-tin

9. Put into the oven in a for about 15 mins, but it usually varies oven to oven so keep an eye on them!

10. After taking them out of the oven, let them cool fo about 5-10 mins

Mixed-Berry Smoothie πŸ™‚

– 1 cup of assorted frozen berries

– 1 1/2 cups of milk

-1 cup of whole-milk yogurt

-1/4 of strawberry yogurt

Strawberry Banana Smoothie πŸ™‚

-1 cup of frozen strawberries πŸ“

-1 1/2 cups of milk

-1 cup of whole-milk yogurt

-1/4 cup of banana yogurt

-1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt

-half of a banana πŸ™‚

Wild-berry Smoothie

-1 cup of frozen assorted berries

-1 full banana

-1 cup of cran-grape juice

-1 cup of whole-milk yogurt

-1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt

Raspberry Smoothie πŸ™‚

-1 cup of frozen raspberries

-1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt

-1/2 cup of milk

-a squeeze of lemon πŸ‹

*NOTE- It’s a good idea to put the liquid at the bottom so the blender doesn’t clog!*
